Air Macau is a regional airline based in Macau SAR, People’s Republic of China. Our network covers 25 cities in mainland China and other cities in Asia. There are x22 A320 family aircraft in Air Macau’s fleet consists of x11 A321, x10 A320 and x1 A319 aircraft. There are 1550 staffs in Air Macau by the end of Mar 2019, coming from 41 countries and regions all over the world. Air Macau has maintained a safe flight record for 24 years since its inception.

 

Air Macau has launched new Beijing - Macau flights in Beijing Daxing International Airport in Januray 2020 , to meet the needs of expanding operations, Air Macau is looking for qualified candidate for the following position:

A.    Accounts and Administration Assistant ( based in Beijing Town Office)

B.    Passenger Sales Specialist  ( based in Beijing Town Office )

C.    Customer Service Assistant  ( based in Beijing Daxing International Airport)

 

Requirements:

A. Accounts and Administration Assistant

The preferred candidate should have

 

Job Outline:

l  Assist in all finance and accounting matters and ensure compliance with the corporate finance policy

l  Verify, facilitate, calculate, control and check on a day to day basis various types of transactions.

l  Prepare, verify, calculate and organize the month – end data files / reports.

l  Attend / address all queries from external / internal parties.

l  Organize and facilitate annual audits and ensure audits are completed in a smooth and timely manner.

l  Verify and check charges levied on the company each month within the permitted timeframes.

l  Assist General Manager in the budget preparation.

l  Assist in day to day administration works assigned by General Manager.

l  Assist with any AD-HOC tasks when required.

Qualifications

l  University / College degree, graduated from Civil Aviation University with major in Accounting / Finance will be considered on the first priority

l  Beijing residence will be preferred

 

Experience:

l  3 years experience in a finance department of any large organization in a supervisory capacity

l  PC literate and proficient in MS Office Suite of Softwar.

l  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin

 

 

B. Passenger Sales Specialist

The preferred candidate should have

 

l  University / College degree or above, education background in Civil Aviation University which major course is Business Administration will be considered as an advantage

l  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin

l  Excellent computer skills with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office functionality

l  Excellent Sales skills, candidate with sales experience in airline or travel agency will be firstly considered

l  Must be sensitive to the marketbe receptive to the new ideas, concepts, & changes, must have the ability to adapt initiatives to meet market condition

l  Must be a team player with a pleasant disposition and possess excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

l  Must have the ability to analyse and interpret statistical information for presentation to management

l  Must be able to meet time sensitive deadline

l  Willingness to work extra hours and travel when needed

l  Able to perform under pressure to meet last minute arrangement

l  Self-motivated with ability to work independently and must be committed to teamwork

l  Friendly, guest focused with good problem solving skills

l  Willing to work on call for emergencies or when necessary, such like flight irregularity, crisis, etc.

 

C. Customer Service Assistant

The preferred candidate should have

 

l  Beijing / Tianjin residence will be preferred

l  University / college degree

l  Candidate with airport service experience will be firstly considered

l  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin

l  Enjoy and willing to do customer service with team spirit, good team player, patient, mature and attuned to quality customer service

l  A willing helper with sense of responsibility, be careful with routine assignment, enthusiastic and positive attitude and hard working 

l  Willing to work on call for emergencies or when necessary, such like flight irregularity, crisis, etc.

l  Must be able to meet time sensitive deadline

l  CSH staff should be shift on duty during Public Holiday and weekend 

l  Excellent computer skills with specific knowledge of Microsoft Office functionality
