Facts Location Beijing Function Logistics / Cargo, Sales / CRM Working time Full time Application deadline 11-01-2023 Tasks Within the targets set by the Head of Key Account Management Region, the Manager Key Accounts (Manager Level) performs the following duties: Creates rate offers, with and without guarantee of transportation Enters into transportation agreements with customers Creates growing additional business focusing on all aspects of the Lufthansa Cargo’s Product Portfolio and initiating long term business Negotiates Global Incentive Agreements, monitors and communicates progress and works in cooperation with partner(s) Is responsible for presenting the LCAG product and service portfolio as well as providing sales support and consultancy to customers Represents LCAG at trade fairs, customer councils and other events to enhance value of customer relationship Maintains close working relationships with respective LCAG managers at all levels to support and achieve regional and local objectives * Perform all other duties assigned Requirements The ideal Key Account Manager must fulfill the following requirements: 5 years of professional experience in the airline industry Bachelor's degree in commerce preferably with focus on economics and/or marketing or Degree in logistics management; or several years of experience in a comparable position in sales organization High school diploma/GED required English and Chinese language required German language desirable Knowledge and practical experience in operational airfreight management Analytical and conceptual thinking, ability to combine strategic thinking with operational doing Professional sales and negotiation skills Advanced level of communication Business Administration and Performance Management knowledge Competition Compliance knowledge Computer skills as user * CV/Resume and Cover Letter are required * Must posses work permit in China Company About Lufthansa Cargo AG Lufthansa Cargo Aktiengesellschaft, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, is a subsidiary of Deutsche Lufthansa Aktiengesellschaft.
