Butler

Base:Macau

Qualifications

·High school diploma or equivalent professional training.

·Experience working as a Butler or Executive floors in five-star international hotel preferred.

·Knowledge of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA).

·Knowledge of F&B, Front Desk, Concierge and Housekeeping operations.

·Proficient in software packages including Word, Excel, Outlook.

Language

English and Mandarin, Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Job Summary

Butler is responsible to attend to the needs and wants of the VIP guests to ensure that they have a memorable stay experience. Butler will be the main point of contact for the Villas’ VIP guests.

 

Agent, Front Desk

Base:Macau

Age:Above 21

Salary:Around 16000 mop

Qualifications

·Preferably 1 year working experience in a Front Office / Bell / Concierge / Reservations role in a five-star hotel.

·High school diploma or equivalent hospitality training.

·Communication and interpersonal skills.

·Able to work on flexible shift or on rotation basis.

·Understanding of Hotel Property Management System (preferably Opera).

Language

Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Job Summary

Agent, Front Desk is responsible for delivering a quality customer service experience through providing check-in, check-out and related services to guests and visitors to hotel in accordance with  established service standards.

 

 

Agent, Call Center

Base:Macau

Age:Above 21

Salary:Around 16500 mop

Qualifications

·Relevant experience within a Call Centre or Contact Centre environment.

·Relevant customer service experience with Sales background is beneficial.

·High school degree, college education in Hospitality or related field preferred.

·Great communication skills as well as ability to work with others in close manner.

·Ability to understand and execute complex written and verbal instructions.

·Able to deliver excellent customer service, externally and internally.

·Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.

·Able to maintain customer confidentiality.

Language

Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Job Summary

The Agent would be learning multiple skills to perform tasks through telephone and emails for the below functional units for the hotels and properties.

·TeleServices – Guestroom calls of hotels, general enquiries from the property mainlines, table reservations, order taking for in-room dining, and calls from internal departments…etc.

·TeleSales – Room reservations and entertainment ticketing.

 

 

Host, F&B

Base:Macau

Age:Above 21

Salary:Around 12000-14000 mop

Qualifications

·High school diploma or equivalent professional training

·Presentable and good customer service

·Female, height above 170 cm
